La presión vecinal obliga al segundo violador del Eixample a irse de Lloret

Barcelona, 6 ago (EFE).- La presión de un grupo de vecinos ha obligado a Alejandro Martínez Singul, conocido como el segundo violador del Eixample, a abandonar la localidad gerundense de Lloret de Mar, donde estaba alojando desde hace un mes en casa de un familiar.
Según publica hoy el Diari de Girona, Martínez Singul dejó Lloret el pasado sábado día 1 acompañado por su madre y su padrastro, después de que aparecieran colgados en algunos establecimientos unos carteles en los que se informaba de que se encontraba en esa localidad, e incluso se indicaba la calle en la que se alojaba este hombre, y que pasó 16 años en prisión por una decena de violaciones.

El mismo diario explica que Martínez Singul no salió apenas a la calle mientras estuvo en Lloret, y casi no se dejó ver en el vecindario, lo que no impidió que un grupo de niños de unos once años se pusieran a gritar frente a la finca donde se alojaba éste: "que salga el violador".

En el cartel que se colgó en los establecimientos avisando de la presencia de Martínez Singul, y que mostraba una foto suya, se animaba a los vecinos a difundir la noticia por medio del correo electrónico.

Martínez Singul fue condenado en 1993 a 65 años de cárcel por una decena de agresiones y violaciones, aunque finalmente sólo cumplió dieciséis años.

En mayo pasado ingresó en prisión provisional por otra tentativa de agresión sexual a dos mujeres en Barcelona que lograron refugiarse en un portal, hechos por los que el juzgado de lo Penal número 3 de Barcelona le condenó en junio a dos años menos dos días de cárcel, aunque la sentencia fue recurrida por la defensa.

La Fiscalía Superior de Cataluña solicitó al juez la prisión provisional para Martínez Singul, medida que fue desestimada hasta que la sentencia sea firme.
